Food
, Clothing and Roof for the family these three are the basic needs of life .When common man with minimum skill think of income
one normally thinks in three terms –
·
With one’s acquired knowledge to do any job and earn
· To invest in anything or fix whatever money one has and earn interest from that and earn .
·
The last one, particularly for those people who
neither have money nor have degree ,is to use their skill to do some work for
the sake of earning .
In a nut shell one can earn by working for others or by
self-employment or by investment.
In any income generating programme people acquire and upgrade
vocational skills and enable themselves to earn. Thus prolonging the process of
continuing educational programmes and ultimately contributing to the social as
well as national growth. In such procedure the educated and efficient paid
earners train the unskilled common people to achieve skill .Thus providing
earning scope to both the top and the bottom achievers of the society. Both are
earning and benefited from this teaching-learning process. If we look into
this from a greater perspective then we can realise how such a process benefits
all strata of any society by providing earning scope and serving the growth of
a nation.
